The Evergreen Park Farmers Market, operated by the Office of Citizen Services, opened for the season on Thursday, May 21 from 7am-1pm at Yukich Field, 89th and Kedzie.
The vendors you can expect to see are:
Kal-Bro Farms (flowers, vegetables)
Floralors (fresh flowers)
Laurie’s Creations (Blankets, table runners, etc.)
Gigawatts Coffee Roaster
Dotson’s Farms (flowers, vegetables)
El Coyote Mexican Restaurant
EverPure (soaps, candles)
Villa’s Nuts and Candy
Gwen’s Garden Plates (lawn ornaments)
Hiemenz Farm - (perennials)
Taste of Martha’s KItchen (Amish baked goods, will join us on June 4)
Cooper Farms (fruit)
Umbrella Azul - (empanadas)
Additional vendors will be added throughout the summer. This will be an in/out market.
There will be health safeguards in place due to the ongoing COVID19 situation; you can read the signage that will be on premises.
This event is open to the public and we are sensitive to your health concerns. Those who attend should be comfortable with the safety precautions (hand washing, face masks, and the other rules as posted). If you feel you are still uncomfortable with attending a public event, we understand, and we hope to see you later in the summer when you are comfortable with attending.
