Evergreen Park Ice Rink opens December 12th., 8900 S. Kedzie Avenue. Open skate hours are Saturday: 12:30-2:30pm, 3:00-5:00pm, 5:30-7:30pm and 8:00-10:00pm, if not rented. Also on Sunday 12:30-2:30 p.m. and 3:00-5:00 p.m., and Monday through Friday 4:00-5:30pm and 5:30-7:00 p.m.. Hockey skate hours are: Sunday 5:30-7:30 p.m. and Monday6 through Friday 7:00-8:30 p.m. Admission fro residents 17 & under for 1.5 hour sessions is $2.50 and 2 hour sessions are $3.50. Adult resident admission is $3.50 for 1.5 hour sessions and $4.50 for 2-hour sessions. Skate rental for residents for 1.5 hours is $2.50 and for 2 hours is $3.50.
The 2010 Census is coming soon. All Village residents are strongly encouraged to participate by filling out census questionnaire forms when they are sent to your home address. Remember Federal tax dollars distributed to municipalities are returned on a per capita basis as a result of the reported village population data.
